Order-picking systems

Jungheinrich offers a broad selection of order-picking systems and can thereby meet the specific requirements of any customer, ranging from full-pallet shipping to extremely small lot sizes seen in e-commerce, real-time shipping. The straightforward systems are intuitive to operate and substantially increase productivity.

Pick-by-voice

Intelligent voice control frees up employee’ hands at the picking workstations, which increases throughput performance in “goods-to-people” or “people-to-goods” processes. Cutting-edge voice recognition ensures that all users can easily operate the system.

Pick-by-light

Document-free pick-by-light processes ensure that things get done faster in the warehouse. The bays directly indicate the quantities to be retrieved. By being connected to the warehouse management system (WMS) and with load carriers receiving instructions from the WMS, employees can pick the right goods more efficiently.

easyPILOT

The remote-controlled easyPILOT system increases the performance of the best-in-class order picker type ECE. The mobile control system is connected to the truck via NFC and directs it automatically to the destination. To top it off, one can even connect the easyPilot system to the warehouse management system.

Robotic picking

Jungheinrich also provides a solution to provide pallets by means of fully automated systems. The product range runs from simple in-warehouse palleting to arranging complex mixed pallets. Depending on the application, optimised robot and gripper technologies are deployed to execute high-performance picking operations.
